Creating an account is optional but recommended for faster checkout. When you create an account, you agree to:

How to Order

  1. Browse products and add items to your cart
  2. Proceed to checkout when ready
  3. Enter shipping and payment information
  4. Review and confirm your order
  5. Receive order confirmation via email

Pricing & Payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of all applicable taxes. We accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
  • UPI Payments
  • Net Banking
  • Wallet Payments (PayTM, PhonePe, etc.)

Your account will be charged when your order is confirmed.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email if you need to change or cancel your order. Changes may be possible if your order hasn't shipped yet.

Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays). During festivals or sale periods, processing may take 4-5 business days.

Domestic Shipping

Standard (Delhivery/Blue Dart) 4-6 business days ₹49 (Free over ₹799)
Express (Bluedart/Aramex) 2-3 business days ₹120

Cash on Delivery

Available for most locations with additional ₹50 charge. Maximum COD order value: ₹5,000.

International Shipping

Available to select countries through DHL/FedEx. Shipping costs calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for all customs/duties fees.

Order Tracking

You'll receive tracking information via SMS/WhatsApp/email when your order ships. Tracking typically updates within 12 hours.

Return Policy

Our Policy

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • In original condition with tags attached
  • In original packaging

How to Return

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to "My Orders"
  3. Select "Return" for the item
  4. We'll arrange free pickup (for prepaid orders)
  5. For COD returns, please ship via India Post

Refund Process

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

For COD returns, refunds will be processed via bank transfer (Please provide IFSC code and account details).

Exchanges

For size exchanges, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired size.

Defective Products

For defective items, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at returns@samlara.com with photos/video of the issue.

We collect information as per India's Information Technology Act, 2000 and SPDI Rules:

  • Payment information (processed securely via Razorpay/PayU)
